The New Nigeria Vanguard is committed to keeping our nation corruption free and expanding innovative business opportunities for Nigerians. We are anchored on good policies that encourage food for all, security of lives and properties, accountability, transparency, merit, equity and justice! Together we shall make a new Nigeria.

- Justice: Involves no arbitrary discrimination, granting the fair share to each person and constantly fostering equity.

- Respect: Involves an attentive and considerate treatment towards individuals and institutions, free of prejudice and discrimination, with the dignity that is right and proper.

- Diversity: Diversity is also a fundamental value at NNV. As stated in The NNV Way, this means that “we learn from and respect the cultures in which we find ourselves.” We also value “the uniqueness of individuals and the varied perspectives and talents they provide.” We will promote diversity within our Movement and have an inclusive environment that helps each of us to fully participate and contribute to NNV’s success.

- Patriotism: Putting Nigeria first before any other thing. Being at the disposal of citizens according to the specific responsibilities attached to their duties, with an insight of the general needs of society.

- Responsibility: Involves assuming the moral and legal consequences of past and current actions and omissions, being ready to be held accountable for them and sparing no effort to provide the means to handle their present and future decisions.

- Integrity: Acting in a fair, righteous and honest manner, adapting words and behaviour to what the Vanguards consider appropriate at each moment, refraining from improper advantages obtained through the activity that they undertake and making use of the inherent prerogatives derived from their position solely to carry out their duties.

- Trust: We have to trust, respect and support each other, and we strive to earn the trust of our Nigerians and Law Enforcement Agents.

- Impartiality: Supporting our own ideas or those of the party which we shall form shouldn’t prevent vanguards from judging objectively according to globally accepted ethical criteria.

- Morality: Our actions should be a beacon of good morals t the morally debased citizens. This we will strive to ensure both in words and conduct.

- Accountability: We strive always to uphold the tenets of accountability in words, actions and finance. No frivolities and indiscipline in financial prudence and service delivery.

- Professionalism: Carrying out our profession with dedication, effectiveness and clarity, with specific concern for our intellectual formation and the development of our abilities, updating them if necessary.

- Ingenuity: We seek new opportunities and out-of-the-ordinary solutions. We will use our creativity to find unexpected and practical ways to solve problems. Our experience, technology and perseverance will enable us to overcome challenges and deliver value.

- Transparency: Providing free and non-discriminatory access to the information held by the Vanguard, the party or the legislative and executive bodies where the NNV carries out its duties, in case citizens wish to defend their rights and freedoms, including information about the very activity of the NNV, in accordance with the provisions of the Nigeria constitution.
